    The challenge

    طراحی نازل‌های پاشش یکنواخت با شبیه‌سازی CFD، کنترل دمای هوا و سرعت جریان برای خشک‌شدن بدون ترک، جلوگیری از چسبندگی گرانول‌ها به دیواره برج، هماهنگی دبی و سرعت چرخش نازل، طراحی آسیاب بدون گردوغبار و تخریب شیمیایی، یکپارچه‌سازی بازیافت در محیط بدون رطوبت، مقاومت در برابر سایش، سیستم کنترل همزمان DCS/PLC، و رعایت ایمنی در برابر گردوغبار قابل اشتعال (NFPA 652).

    Our approach

    CFD simulation to optimize air distribution, replacement of fans and nozzles, design and fabrication of a hammer mill with an appropriate operating speed, installation of an online particle size distribution monitoring system, implementation of advanced DCS/PLC-based automation to coordinate the two units, isolation and integration with the suction system, and training of the operations team.

    The result

    An installed industrial crusher and a modified Prilling Tower with FAT/SAT documentation, as-built drawings and datasheets; product samples with particle size distribution (PSD) analysis and quality reports; documented waste reduction of ≥15% and increased production capacity; a digital process parameter monitoring system; and operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Design and fabrication of a compact heat exchanger for preheating the compressed air supplied to the oxidation reactor from 90°C to 200°C, using direct flame heat and combustion products from excess gas.
